Business Development and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Professional to join our team at Admiral Communities LLC.
Job OverviewThis is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth, occupancy, and revenue across our portfolio of mobile homes and lots.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote available properties.
- Digital Marketing and Outreach: Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing to engage with prospects and drive sales.
- Sales and Leasing: Drive sales of available mobile homes, increase occupancy by generating leads, and collaborate with property managers to schedule showings and close deals.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with real estate agents, local organizations, and referral partners to drive sales and expand our network.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, creative mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
