Job Summary

Optimal Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans and market strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement business plans and market strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
