ROLE DESCRIPTION: Sales Account Manager

This position is ideal for an ambitious professional who excels in achieving sales targets while cultivating and sustaining a profitable client base. This full-time role is based in our designated warehouse, catering to high-end automotive repair facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales objectives.
  • Focus on business development and expanding the customer portfolio.
  • Inform clients about new products, promotions, and available tools.
  • Work alongside Product Managers to enhance existing product offerings.
  • Review sales reports and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain a structured call schedule for daily, weekly, and monthly follow-ups.
  • Analyze account performance metrics to ensure optimal volume.
  • Oversee logistics related to customer freight, deliveries, and returns.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and phone orders as needed.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • In-depth knowledge of factory European Electronic Parts Catalogs.
  • Experience with auto parts, particularly in the German and Swedish markets, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent use of hands and arms.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in PC-based communication tools, including MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of IBMi systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in auto parts distribution, especially within the German and Swedish sectors.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and knowledge of the European automotive sector. Monthly commissions are performance-based and can vary.
