This role is available at our Chevrolet dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess each customer's automotive needs and preferences through effective questioning and attentive listening.
- Showcase vehicles through demonstrations, including facilitating test drives.
- Report to the Sales Managers regarding goals, planned initiatives, performance reviews, and analytics.
- Maintain a systematic approach to prospect development.
- Implement a follow-up system for owners that promotes repeat and referral business.
- Stay informed about automotive terminology and keep up with technological advancements in our products.
- Introduce clients to our Service Department staff to highlight the quality and efficiency of our expert service repairs and maintenance.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and sociable demeanor.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet sales quotas as per dealership standards.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
