ROLE SUMMARY: Sales Account Manager

This position is ideal for an ambitious professional who excels in achieving sales goals while fostering and sustaining a profitable client base. This full-time role is based out of our operational facility, catering to high-end automotive repair businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Focus on business development and expanding the customer base.
  • Inform clients about new products, promotions, and available tools.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to enhance existing product offerings.
  • Review performance reports and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain a structured schedule for calls and follow-ups.
  • Analyze account performance metrics.
  • Oversee customer logistics, including freight, delivery, and returns.
  • Support phone order processing for clients.
  • Engage in special projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • In-depth knowledge of factory European Electronic Parts Catalogs.
  • Familiarity with auto parts, particularly German and Swedish wholesale components, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism with all stakeholders.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent use of hands and arms.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in PC-based communication tools, including MS Office.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • 2-4 years of experience in auto parts distribution, particularly in the German and Swedish markets.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience and knowledge in the European automotive sector. Monthly commissions are performance-based and can vary significantly.
