ERP Administrator Job Description

Ringside Talent is seeking a highly skilled ERP Administrator to join our team. As an ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ERP system to ensure seamless integration with other business systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end users.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
  • Train and support end users in utilizing ERP features and functions effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience administering ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and processes.
  • Proficiency in database management and querying (SQL).
  • Experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
