We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Avon Protection. As a Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and investigating discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor and control inventory integrity, including product identification, location, and lot code accuracy
- Research and report inventory discrepancies and work to resolve them in a timely manner
- Operate forklift and other necessary equipment to handle materials
- Utilize our ERP system to manage inventory status and generate reports
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous cycle count experience highly preferred
- Minimum of one year in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic
- Extremely organized and efficient
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to catch errors and make appropriate changes
- Able to prioritize tasks to stay on schedule
- Outstanding time-management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical ability
- Demonstrated aptitude/ability to perform the requirements of the role
