Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct inventory cycle counts and manage inventory movements to ensure precision and reliability. This position demands a strong emphasis on accuracy, oversight, and coordination to verify inventory levels and address any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily scheduled cycle counts.
  • Oversee and maintain inventory integrity.
  • Ensure accuracy in product identification, location, and lot codes.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and document findings.
  • Address inventory issues promptly and effectively.
  • Open various containers to count items and assess material weight against records.
  • Report any discrepancies in quantities and damaged goods.
  • Utilize ERP systems and established inventory protocols to manage inventory status, adjust quantities, and generate reports.
  • Operate necessary equipment, including forklifts, to handle materials appropriately.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in cycle counting is highly desirable.
  • At least one year of experience in a warehouse setting.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
