Key Responsibilities:
  • Seeking a Site Acquisition Manager who can operate with minimal supervision. Experience with AT&T is preferred.
  • Accountable for all Civil Works and financial oversight through Scheduling, SP/ASP, and Quality Management on assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with client standards, processes, and all relevant Federal and Local regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with External Interfaces:
  • Work closely with ASP/SP and Customer PM.
  • Assess and manage charges related to the agreed site design.
  • Ensure that only approved materials are utilized in the project.
  • Adhere to and enforce Civil Works guidelines and schedules.
  • Participate in coordination and progress meetings.
  • Supervise on-site activities where there is a high risk of disruptions to customer site performance.
  • Conduct safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Resolve Civil Works issues as they arise during the project.
  • Coordinate site activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Drive schedule activities and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Ensure Compliance:
  • Verify that service providers and vendors meet all technical specifications.
  • Maintain quality workmanship in installations by service providers.
  • Enforce all safety guidelines and construction procedures throughout the Civil Works phase.
  • Possess knowledge of worker safety and site safety protocols.
Perform Duties:
  • Conduct site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction evaluations.
  • Verify site conditions and prepare regular progress reports as required.
  • Provide accurate status updates to project management.
  • Offer technical support to service providers and suppliers involved in Civil Works activities.
  • Reject incorrect material deliveries.
  • Report on-site performance and quality issues.
  • Ensure proper interpretation and adherence to civil design plans.
  • Supervise and coordinate work with service providers and other disciplines involved in the project.
  • Lead teams with a focus on quality and results.
  • Manage claims, order materials, and oversee returns.
  • Maintain and update construction-related documentation.
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
