This role is responsible for supporting the Head of HR in executing the company's daily HR functions, including Recruiting/Staffing, Onboarding/Termination, Performance Management, and Employee Relations, to achieve Company objectives.

- Employee Issues: Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Performance Management Tools: Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- HR Policies: Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Strategic HR Goals: Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- HR Systems and Processes: Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Performance and Salary Reviews: Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Compensation and Benefits Trends: Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Employee Retention Strategies: Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or a related area. 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player, and a person who can perform in a diversified environment. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Certifications from professional HR associations are a plus. Ability to work in the office in the San Jose, CA area.
