The National/Alamo division of Enterprise Mobility is excited to present an opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR).

Role Summary
The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring a positive interaction for all clients.

This role involves facilitating the rental process by verifying and documenting essential driver information, contributing to a smooth and timely rental and return experience.

Compensation
The starting pay for this position is $16.62 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
We are currently hiring for immediate openings.

  • Welcome customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Utilize approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and suggest optional protection products, upgrades, and additional equipment.
  • Provide further assistance by offering directions, maps, local information, and relevant service details.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Make outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
  • Assist in evaluating the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
  • Inform management of any customer or vehicle-related issues.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored programs.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support is necessary.

Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Apart from religious observance, candidates must be available to work the specified schedule.

This role emphasizes sales, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment is essential.
