Position: Service Call Center Representative
We are looking for a dependable and proficient Service Call Center Representative to become part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while addressing their inquiries and concerns in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Schedule service appointments and provide relevant information to clients in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Accurately record and document customer information and interactions in our customer management system.
- Refer complex customer issues to the appropriate department manager.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been satisfactorily addressed.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license and be insurable.
- Maintain a clean and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, including a social media check, drug screening, physical examination, background check, and Motor Vehicle Report.
- Proficient in reading and understanding instructions and information in English.
