We are looking for an Executive Office Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our President/CEO. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the President/CEO
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Manage correspondence and communication with external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English required
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year is offered based on experience.
