About the Role:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including patient registration, scheduling, and billing.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by responding to patient inquiries and addressing billing-related concerns.
  • Accurately document patient information, insurance details, and payment methods in our system.
  • Update patient files and appointment information promptly to maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate essential information to medical staff members to facilitate efficient care coordination.
  • Process payments from patients and resolve billing issues between patients and insurance companies.
  • Manage paperwork and perform clerical tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality when managing patient accounts, including contact information, insurance, and financial details.
  • Adhere to OSHA, IPAA, and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Estimated Annual Salary: $55,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
