We currently work with over 350 million square feet of real estate, consisting of industrial, office, and retail assets. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for starting relationships with building owners by exclusively cold calling and direct emailing from the office.

Your job will involve complex conversations with business owners and coordinating solutions that clients genuinely appreciate. You arent selling widgets youre selling services that drive significant value to both our clients and HailSolve.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Outbound Outreach:
    • Conduct cold calls and emails from the HailSolve office
    • Effectively articulate our value proposition to decision-makers
    • Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns
  • Cross Team Collaboration:
    • Ensure accurate tracking of all outreach activities and follow-ups for visibility
    • Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified leads
    • Work closely with account managers to schedule and prepare for meetings
  • CRM Management:
    • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
    • Track all interactions, lead status, and progress towards goals
