About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at DC Structures. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with leads who have expressed interest in our custom homes, barns, and structures. Your primary goal will be to close high-dollar deals in a competitive yet collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients, including high-end homeowners, architects, and real estate developers.
  • Utilize various channels, such as cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events, to reach out to potential leads.
  • Qualify leads by assessing project feasibility, scope, and alignment with the company's offerings.
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the specific requirements and goals of each client's project.
  • Create tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase the company's services, craftsmanship, and previous projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position the company's services effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge in the luxury market.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or securing referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Reach out to leads who have requested information promptly and build a solid pipeline.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and leads.
  • Exceed individual goals in revenue collected, new deals signed, contacts made, and proposals sent.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Mastery of MS Office and common office tools; HubSpot and other CRM platforms are a significant advantage.
  • Residential and/or commercial construction, heavy timber/lumber knowledge is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain detailed structural components.
  • The ability to quickly overcome objections.
  • The ability to manage a pipeline of existing clients and regularly follow-up with 80-120 leads.
  • Bachelor's/Associate's degree or experience in construction, real estate is a plus.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
