**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our Revenue team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement data-informed market and property-level pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
  • Monitor pricing and market trends on an ongoing basis and adjust strategies to respond to shifts in market dynamics.
  • Manage inventory and availability to ensure maximum revenue and occupancy.
  • Communicate revenue performance and trends to key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Owner Experience, Marketing, and Listings and Distribution teams to ensure successful execution of revenue optimization strategies.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, revenue management, or other related functions.
  • Ideal experience with pricing within hospitality, travel, or with an Online Travel Agency (OTA).
  • Knowledge of revenue management metrics within the hospitality market is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and creative affinity.
  • Flexibility and bandwidth to establish systems without a set structure in place.
  • Expertise with spreadsheets, including Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, mathematics, engineering, or statistics.
  • Some experience with data science or machine learning is helpful.
