Job Summary

Caliva is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including processing paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • HR Events: Coordinate and execute HR-led programs and events, such as benefits fairs, job fairs, and employee appreciation events.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Supply Management: Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the department has the necessary resources to function efficiently.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for HR team members, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, benefits information, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience in a professional business environment, with a focus on human resources.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and travel to other office locations as needed.
