Position Overview
We are in search of an innovative leader to oversee our talent acquisition division. The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will take charge of recruiting, training, and integrating exceptional talent from a global pool. This position demands a strategic mindset with extensive knowledge of human resources practices and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding activities.
- Align talent acquisition initiatives with the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and establish clear talent acquisition goals.
- Develop and implement hiring standards and best practices.
- Forge partnerships with key organizations and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to ensure effective talent sourcing.
- Lead training and development initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on talent requirements and acquisitions.
- Deliver employment-related insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in human resources, psychology, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and organizational analysis.
- Proficient in human resources software and technology.
- Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations.
- Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $110,000 annually
