The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a vital role in providing administrative and clerical support within the HR and payroll functions.

The responsibilities encompass managing payroll processes on a biweekly schedule, ensuring accuracy in time and attendance records, safeguarding confidential information, and maintaining comprehensive employment documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

Payroll and Attendance Management:

  • Monitor and rectify missed time entries daily.
  • Generate HRIS reports to track onboarding, status modifications, and separations.
  • Oversee time and attendance records within the Kronos system.
  • Coordinate the distribution of manual paychecks and ACH statements.
  • Prepare final compensation and associated documentation.

Administrative Duties:

  • Facilitate new employee orientation via ADP.
  • Input status change data into the HRIS system.
  • Address employee inquiries and maintain accurate personnel files.
  • Revise and update HR policies and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
