The responsibilities encompass managing payroll processes on a biweekly schedule, ensuring accuracy in time and attendance records, safeguarding confidential information, and maintaining comprehensive employment documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll and Attendance Management:
- Monitor and rectify missed time entries daily.
- Generate HRIS reports to track onboarding, status modifications, and separations.
- Oversee time and attendance records within the Kronos system.
- Coordinate the distribution of manual paychecks and ACH statements.
- Prepare final compensation and associated documentation.
Administrative Duties:
- Facilitate new employee orientation via ADP.
- Input status change data into the HRIS system.
- Address employee inquiries and maintain accurate personnel files.
- Revise and update HR policies and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably ADP WorkforceNow.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Capacity to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
