Position Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a vital role in providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support for HR and payroll functions.

The primary responsibilities encompass the biweekly processing of payroll, ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of time and attendance records, managing confidential data, and maintaining employee documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

Payroll and Attendance Management:

  • Monitor and rectify missed clock-ins daily.
  • Generate HRIS reports to track onboarding, status updates, and separations.
  • Oversee time and attendance within the Kronos system.
  • Coordinate manual paychecks and ACH documentation.
  • Prepare final paychecks and associated paperwork.

Administrative Functions:

  • Facilitate new employee orientation using ADP.
  • Input status change data into the HRIS.
  • Address employee inquiries and maintain personnel records.
  • Revise human resources documentation and policies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
