Position Overview

We are in search of an innovative leader to oversee our talent acquisition division. The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will take charge of recruiting, training, and integrating exceptional talent from a global pool. This position demands a strategic mindset with comprehensive knowledge of human resources practices and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding procedures.
  • Align talent acquisition initiatives with the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and establish clear recruitment goals.
  • Develop and implement hiring guidelines and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key organizations and educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize talent sourcing efforts.
  • Lead training programs and educational initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on talent requirements and recruitment outcomes.
  • Present employment-related analytics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human resources, psychology, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and organizational analysis.
  • Proficient in human resources software and technological tools.
  • Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $110,000 annually

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Physical Requirements:
