Guzen Development, a dynamic company, is seeking a dedicated Operations and Administrative Assistant/Orders & Shipping professional to manage various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and Shipping Management: Handle orders, shipping, and vendor/customer communication to ensure optimal efficiency in cost and time.
  • Document Quality Assurance: Maintain and update records of all orders and shipping.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Update and maintain Orders and Inventory spreadsheets in DB; Update and maintain Orders & Shipping Calendar.
  • Trade Show and Travel Coordination: Schedule and organize trade shows and company travel, including booking booths, furniture, preparing and shipping materials, booking travel, and arranging meetings.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain assigned computers and tech, and ensure a clean and organized workspace and office.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Available for short travel to domestic and/or international trade shows 6 times/year (2-4 days per trade show).
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent listening skills, exceptional verbal and written English, and the ability to work independently.
