Job Summary

The HR Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. This role will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to gain valuable experience and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Management: Restocking office supplies, managing supplies station inventory, and office furniture layout management.
• Invoice & Expense Report: Processing all General Affairs-related monthly invoices and all corporate card expense reports, and inputting expenses on the monthly expense data file. Proactively communicate with vendors to resolve invoice issues and receive invoices promptly.
• Asset Management: Managing office assets, including print equipment, office furniture, corporate mobile devices, and radio devices.
• Global Mobility Support: Helping and supporting expatriate employees during the relocation process, including document processes for Visa, driver's license, and utility account creations.

Requirements

• Korean bilingual
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using office software, including SAP and MS Office
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unforeseen situations effectively
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar coordination role within a corporate environment
• Certification in facilities management, office administration, or related field
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and initiatives in workplace management
• Working experience in a manufacturing environment
