About the Role:

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our sales team, driving business growth and customer satisfaction in new home sales. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets and exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Realtors, and community partners to drive referrals and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.

About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a keen understanding of the local real estate market, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule as needed.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
