Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Imperial Dade. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute sales goals for the area
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Identify opportunities for improvement and expense reduction
- Stay current with new trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity
- Select, recruit, coach, and counsel team members to ensure strong results
- Together with the team, build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key customers
- Partner with the team to nurture and develop new customer opportunities
- Manage, develop, coach, counsel, and motivate the sales team
- Educate the sales team through regular meetings, seminars, and training
- 5+ years of sales experience (Jan/San or Food Service)
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent strategic & creative problem-solving skills
- Local geographic market knowledge
