About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates and managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
  • Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
