Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at FedEx Custom Critical. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various communication channels and lead-generating strategies.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs, including pricing, consultative services, and coordination of customer activities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive business growth and operational success.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant sales experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software and tools.
