About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in the Columbus Region. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key store individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out in-store visits to ensure our leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained.
  • Ensure sales negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with our management team.
  • Follow daily route planning to ensure efficient in-store service and optimize visibility of our products on shelves.
  • Represent our company in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Work with merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Live within 50 miles of the primary location - Dayton, OH.
  • Schedule availability required.
  • Must be open to relocation, outside of region, and outside of state, as necessary.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to use promotional and merchandising techniques to develop and support customer relations.
