Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized Property Management Assistant to join our team at Peak Properties. As a key member of our property management team, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our residential buildings, ensuring exceptional service to our tenants.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with tenant relations, including processing new applications, generating new leases, and coordinating move-ins.
  • Inspect properties and units to ensure they are in good working order, meeting building requirements.
  • Work with staff to follow-up on maintenance issues, communicate work orders for tenants, and respond quickly to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Leasing license or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
  • Knowledge and strong interest in real estate and property management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-manage emotions, and build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
