Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Operations Manager to join our team at Peak Properties. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our residential buildings and portfolios.

**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for coordinating move-ins, processing lease renewals, and communicating with residents regarding various issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist with tenant relations, including reviewing new applications, generating new leases, and enforcing terms of rental agreements.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor updates.
  • Participate in property status calls or meetings with owners and maintain open dialogue on vacancies, tenants, and financial issues.

Qualifications:
  • Leasing license or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
  • Knowledge and interest in real estate and property management.
  • Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
