Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking a Property Management Associate to join our team at the Property Management Company. This role involves providing administrative support to our Owner and office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other documents
  • Process financial transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree accompanied by 5-7 years of administration experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
