Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Property Management Assistant Lead to oversee daily operations at Peak Properties. As a respected member of our team, you will lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with tenants, owners, and colleagues.

In this critical role, you will manage day-to-day activities, including tenant relations, facilities management, and owner communication. You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assisting with lease renewal processes and communicating effectively with residents.
  • Coordinating move-ins and move-outs, ensuring seamless transitions for tenants.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports in Yardi/RentCafé CRM.

A successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
