Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Marquette Management Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple properties, driving financial performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment where your opinion truly matters.

The Regional Manager's primary role is to work with each property staff to make a positive difference in results, including financial performance, asset value, staff development, training, resident retention, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sufficient expertise in marketing, leasing, accounting, financial and cash flow management, budgeting, building maintenance, capital improvements, curb appeal, unit turnover, resident retention, and customer service.
  • Ability to quickly assess what is working on a property and what is not, with clear indication as to the reasons behind what is or isn't occurring.
  • Clear identification of what is needed with concrete and specific recommendations to improve business results/property performance in any given situation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of multi-family experience
  • Experience managing 7+ sites and teams
  • Solid working knowledge of PM software such as Yardi, Real Page, or Onsite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
