Impact of the Role:

The Frac Sand Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the logistics of sand deliveries to well sites. This position is essential for ensuring the efficient unloading of proppant from transport vehicles to onsite storage, thereby supporting our industry-leading delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transportation of sand from the loading facility to designated well sites.
  • Conduct HSE observations, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Engage in field investigations related to incidents and near misses.
  • Collaborate with Field Safety Technicians and Frac crew members to maintain a safe and orderly sand delivery process.
  • Lead safety discussions and conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and tailgate meetings with delivery drivers.
  • Assist drivers in maneuvering on location and ensure the secure transfer of materials.
  • Collect and manage all driver documentation accurately.
  • This position is primarily based in West Texas.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in frac sand coordination or related fieldwork.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to compile and present reports effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
  • Familiarity with maps and navigation.
  • Ability to work a 14 days on/7 days off schedule.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is critical for success in this role.
  • Experience with Shale Apps is preferred.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
  • Understanding of frac operations and sand delivery processes is advantageous.
  • A commitment to learning and adhering to safety protocols is essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, sit, and climb as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, alternating between day and night schedules.
  • Ability to tolerate working conditions without air conditioning or heating.
