How You Will Make an Impact
As a Frac Sand Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating sand deliveries for our customers on well sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating sand deliveries from our loading facility to the well site
- Conducting HSE observations, inspections, and audits to ensure a safe working environment
- Participating in field investigations for incident and near-miss incidents
- Working closely with Field Safety Technicians and Frac crew members to maintain a safe and organized sand delivery operation
- Prioritizing safety topics and conducting JSA's and safety tailgate meetings with Sand delivery drivers at well sites
- Assisting drivers while backing on location and ensuring the secure operation of transfer of product
- Collecting all driver paperwork and properly securing documents
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant experience as a Frac Sand Coordinator or field experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to think proactively
- Flexible and open to training
- Ability to multi-task
- Understanding of maps and giving directions
- Able to work 14 days on/7 days off work schedule at our West Texas locations
- Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and essential function for the success of this position
- Experience with Shale Apps
Educational and Other Requirements
We require:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- Current Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Working knowledge of Frac operations and Sand Delivery
- Willingness to learn and follow safety rules
Physical Demands
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Work in all weather conditions for periods of time
- Stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, sit, and climb or
- Lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds
- Work a rotating shift, 14 on 7 off rotating between days and nights
- Tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat
