Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for the Transportation & Logistics division
  • Identify and source potential candidates through diverse channels
  • Create and refine job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Participate in and coordinate recruitment events
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Generate and present recruitment analytics to the team
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in agency recruitment is advantageous
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting within the Transportation & Logistics field
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
