Role Impact:

The Frac Sand Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient sand deliveries to well sites. This position is vital to maintaining our reputation for superior service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the logistics of sand deliveries from loading facilities to designated well sites.
  • Conduct Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) observations, inspections, and audits.
  • Engage in field investigations for incidents and near misses to enhance safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with Field Safety Technicians and Frac crew members to uphold a safe and organized delivery process.
  • Lead safety discussions and conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) with delivery drivers at well sites.
  • Assist drivers during site entry and ensure secure product transfer operations.
  • Manage and secure all necessary driver documentation.
  • This position is based in West Texas.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in frac sand coordination or related fieldwork.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in report preparation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new training.
  • Familiarity with navigation and map reading.
  • Ability to work a 14 days on/7 days off schedule.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with shale applications is preferred.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Understanding of frac operations and sand delivery processes.
  • Commitment to learning and adhering to safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day and night schedules.
  • Ability to tolerate environments without climate control.
