Position Overview:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility of Sandhills Publishing brands through various digital marketing channels, including email campaigns, push notifications, SMS marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Facilitating communication across teams, including sales, marketing, and key stakeholders.
  • Designing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Creating engaging content for advertisements and monitoring campaign effectiveness.

To excel in the Marketing Automation Specialist role, candidates should possess strong organizational skills, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to swiftly analyze and interpret marketing data.

This position involves the development of marketing emails, audience segmentation to achieve business goals, crafting cross-channel marketing automation strategies, managing ongoing campaigns, evaluating performance metrics, and effectively communicating results.

Successful candidates will thrive under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating a quick learning ability to adapt to the company's objectives.

An ideal applicant will have experience in creating marketing emails, understanding email deliverability best practices, familiarity with marketing automation tools, and proficiency in audience segmentation platforms. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Iterable, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Dreamweaver is highly desirable.
