Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented group of sales professionals, ensuring their growth and success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess team performance continuously, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Revenue Growth: Propel the team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives, driving revenue for Moris Media.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, competitor actions, and potential business opportunities.
  • Customer Acquisition: Create and implement initiatives to attract new clients and broaden our market presence.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales projections to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization and maximizing ROI.
  • Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and present insights to senior management.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align efforts and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in sales leadership, with a proven record of managing and developing sales teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and presentation software.
