Lead Sales Strategist

Moris Media & Its Affiliates is seeking a Lead Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in steering our sales force towards exceptional performance and achieving ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Inspire and guide the sales team, cultivating a culture of high achievement and accountability.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies that resonate with our corporate vision and market demands.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented group of sales professionals, ensuring their growth and success.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess team performance continuously, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Revenue Growth: Propel the team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives, driving revenue for Moris Media.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, competitor actions, and potential business opportunities.
- Customer Acquisition: Create and implement initiatives to attract new clients and broaden our market presence.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales projections to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization and maximizing ROI.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and present insights to senior management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align efforts and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in sales leadership, with a proven record of managing and developing sales teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and presentation software.
