Role Overview:
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between technical teams, leveraging your expertise in persuasive communication and strategic pursuit across various market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the team's objectives, ensuring the firm excels in securing and finalizing projects.

Utilize best practices to improve project outcomes by employing market research techniques to identify trends and demands. Develop event concepts, promotional strategies, and oversee marketing activities.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in all marketing materials through internal reviews and quality control processes.

Client Intelligence:
Collect, maintain, and analyze client intelligence data. Assist in identifying target markets and potential clients, strategizing to cultivate relationships.

Awards and Recognition:
Prepare and submit entries for industry awards, showcasing the firm's achievements.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong teamwork skills
- Minimum of six years of experience in a marketing role focused on competitive processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong time management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines
- Proven writing skills in both technical and conversational styles, with experience in reviewing and proofreading content.
