Client Growth Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Business Relationship Director to lead our client-facing team at Cigna Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing team.
Job Highlights:
- Grow membership within existing accounts
- Develop and implement account management strategies
- Lead a high-performing Client Management team
Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in health benefits (client management experience highly preferred)
- Excellent communication/customer service skills/sales negotiation skills
- Sales/marketing/underwriting or operations experience preferred
- Financial Savvy; ability to grow book of business
- Actively managing clients with up to 500 employees
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on experience.
