Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant at Collabera.
Key Responsibilities- Classify, label, file, and store documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish, maintain, and revise departmental files to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Coordinate logistics for archiving documents through vendors to ensure secure and compliant storage.
- Prepare materials for departmental meetings, including catering support for internal and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with administrative assistants and support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Interact with personnel from various departments and external contacts to provide excellent customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate college degree preferred.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
