Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the leadership team at Vision Hospitality Group, LLC. This role will be based out of our Home Office location in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating presentations and reports for leadership
- Coordinate special projects and goals
- Work cross-departmentally to achieve company objectives
- Uphold Vision's Culture in all job responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Maintain thorough, organized records and adhere to Vision's confidentiality codes of conduct
- Set and maintain short- and long-term goals to complete special projects on time
- Create, manage, analyze, and distribute reports on various aspects of the company
- Manage communications between leadership and business partners
- Create and manage project requests from leadership
- Demonstrate proficiency in comprehension of industry-related reports and present information clearly and concisely
- Assist with meetings and take notes
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times
- Effective leadership, problem-solving, and enterprising skills
- Comfortable working with internal and external executive management
- Creative in developing and implementing new methods
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, personally and professionally
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Speak English with excellent communication skills
- Have eyesight enabling vision both near and far
- Finger dexterity to type, write, and work on a computer
