About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team at Collabera as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that documents are properly classified, labeled, filed, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Classify, label, file, and store documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish, maintain, and revise departmental files and records.
  • Coordinate logistics for archiving documents through vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare materials for departmental meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with catering support for internal and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with administrative assistants and support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Interact with personnel from various departments and external contacts to resolve issues and provide support.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Undergraduate college degree preferred.
