Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers and staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile sales software and accounting transactions
  • Pre-screen incoming customer leads and schedule estimate appointments
  • Greet customers in the showroom and schedule work appointments for technicians
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable and maintain accurate records
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks online

Requirements

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations of a busy glass company
