Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our document management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classify, label, file, and store documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain departmental files, and coordinate logistics for archiving documents through vendors.
  • Prepare materials for departmental meetings and reviews.
  • Assist administrative team members with catering support for internal and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants and support staff to share knowledge and schedule activities.
  • Interface with personnel from various departments and external contacts.
  • Perform other duties as requested by leadership, including special projects.
