The Director of Asset Management will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the portfolio of multifamily assets across the Sunbelt region. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with investment teams to underwrite new acquisitions and lead the due diligence process.
- Leading asset teams to execute renovations, property maintenance, and planned preventative work on all properties.
- Overseeing the execution of asset plans and ensuring compliance with management and rehabilitation requirements.
- Developing and executing annual budgets in conjunction with financial teams.
- Providing analytical support to the corporate finance team and senior management.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with experience in multifamily assets in the Sunbelt region. They will possess excellent analytical skills, above-average Excel skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial documents.
