Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of the community
  • Perform various maintenance tasks as required, including make-readies and work orders
  • Establish and maintain a routine for preventive maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the maintenance team
  • Recruit and supervise external professionals for specialized tasks
  • Effectively inspect and maintain building systems
  • Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Assist in the execution of capital improvement projects
  • Prioritize and estimate work when formulating job plans
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • HVAC certification and MPO license are mandatory
  • Familiarity with various building systems
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
Additional Information

Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (9 AM - 6 PM)
