- Conduct daily inspections of the community
- Perform various maintenance tasks as required, including make-readies and work orders
- Establish and maintain a routine for preventive maintenance planning and scheduling
- Lead, motivate, and manage the maintenance team
- Recruit and supervise external professionals for specialized tasks
- Effectively inspect and maintain building systems
- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to regulations
- Assist in the execution of capital improvement projects
- Prioritize and estimate work when formulating job plans
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- HVAC certification and MPO license are mandatory
- Familiarity with various building systems
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (9 AM - 6 PM)
