Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Portfolio Manager to join our team at Bridge Investment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and profitability of our properties within a portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and implement all policies, objectives, and activities for multi-family assets to ensure maximum occupancy potential.
  • Establish, train, and lead a strong property management team to drive business results.
  • Maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies to enhance our company reputation.
  • Effectively manage properties to achieve financial performance goals and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Manage capital improvement budgets and capital expenditures to drive long-term financial performance.
  • Assist property managers in identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Enhance customer service through quality resident relationships and owner satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead the department to achieve broader company goals.
  • Ensure safety practices are used in compliance with company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of regional management experience with a track record of success and performance.
  • High performance expectations of self and others, with demonstrated budgeting skills and the ability to read and analyze profit and loss reports.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate others, and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Current knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local housing industry laws and regulations.
  • Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment, with frequent travel to multiple states within the United States.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
